We will meet to discuss your new build without pre-approval, but we do require a pre-approval letter from a lender before signing a contract and starting a custom home.

Do you have a minimum budget or square footage requirement?

No, we are happy to work with any budget and plan provided that it covers the cost of the build and meets city requirements.

What are the steps in building a custom home?

First you need to be pre-approved to determine your budget. Next you will need to find a floor plan and lot. After finalizing your plan and budget the contract will be signed and construction will get started.
