Consultation
At our first meeting we’ll make sure we’re the right fit for you. We’ll share the home building process and answer any initial questions and concerns. We’ll also discuss home design, layout, floor plan, and budget. After plans are made, we’ll create a rough estimate. This step will ensure the costs of the project align with your budget or if changes need to be made to accommodate.

Once your financing and design are approved, construction can begin.
